We thank two outgoing (and outstanding) board members for their service on the Board of Directors:
Darion Dunn, founder and principal of Atlantica Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment and asset management company, has served for six years. Darion brought incredible passion, thoughtful solutions and keen insight in his service on the board, most notably as chair during the unprecedented challenges we experienced in 2020. As chair through the initial weeks and months of the COVID-19 pandemic Darion helped ensure that the organization was fiscally responsible, responding to the needs of our community but also putting the safety of our employees first. During his tenure as chair he helped steward the sale of our property and the lease and renovation of our current office space. Darion continues to be a champion for affordable housing and is fully committed to improving access to housing for the people of Atlanta. We are so very grateful for his time and talents.
Lynn Stevens, attorney in Marietta, served on the CFR board for six years. Lynn has been an incredible champion for the organization and our employees, providing years of support and donations for Thanks for Giving and most recently leading our employee recognition committee that provides monthly goodies and birthday cards to all of the CFR staff. We’re so grateful for her years of dedicated service and consider her and her husband Larry forever part of the CFR family.
