ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Category: Part Time
Description: Provide administrative support for the Center for Family Resources (CFR) organization, including the development department and executive team. Maintain office equipment and supplies, communication with Board of Directors and Advisory Committee members. Support departmental operations, including directing phone calls, responding to emails, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, taking messages, and filing paperwork. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer of CFR.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Category: Full Time; Salary/ Exempt
Description: To administer and coordinate the development efforts of the organization and create a culture of philanthropy and engagement internally and externally. Plan, implement, and set priorities for the organization’s development efforts in consultation with Chief Executive Officer and appropriate volunteers/committees. Provide management and training to staff and key volunteers. Plan, coordinate and implement strategies to develop and engage donors. Participate in relevant community activities to help promote the organization’s mission and programs. Maintain detailed donor records to ensure proper recognition and stewardship. Maintain accountability and compliance standards to ensure the appropriate use of restricted funds. Recommend departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
