60K in 60 Days

For 60 years the Center for Family Resources has been a key part of the Cobb community. We remain steadfast in our commitment to the families in Cobb County and are proud to be a resource for those that find themselves in unexpected situations. Our vision, that families and individuals will have the resources and support to escape poverty, is at the core of everything we do.

As we continue to fulfill our mission of moving people to self-sufficiency through financial stabilization, housing and education we are proud to launch our newest campaign – 60 in 60.

In order to provide the financial assistance required for families impacted by COVID-19, we need your help. In honor of our 60th year serving this community, we will be raising $60,000 in 60 days to provide much-needed emergency assistance to families who can no longer pay rent, mortgage or utility bills. These funds will be used to ensure that families remain stably housed during these uncertain times. All requests for assistance will be verified and no payments will ever be made directly to the client. Families will be assessed for qualification for additional assistance programs whenever possible.

Please help us ensure that we have what we need to be a resource to Cobb County residents. Your donations will enable us to provide critical support to families during this time. Donate today by visiting our give page HERE.

We are grateful to our nonprofit, business and community partners and the innovation and community response to keeping our families, friend and neighbors safe during this national pandemic. We are even more thankful to donors like you who will make it possible for us to care for those in need. Please help us reach our goal of $60,000 by May 31.
